We are committed to meeting the healthcare needs of adults with intellectual disability and their caregivers. We take a family-centred and integrated approach to care; working with multiple partners to achieve our patient’s goals.
Our Services
Clinical Services
The IDHealth clinic is open 5 days a week. Patients are seen by appointment only. Where necessary, our IDHealth doctor and other team members may make home visits to meet patient needs.
Professional Support
The IDHealth team is committed to supporting health and social service providers in the care of people with intellectual disability.
